An Application for Extended Leave - Travel form must be completed for travel leave in excess of 10 days.
Parents/caregivers are asked to complete the attached application form and return it, together with supporting travel documentation to the Head Teacher Administration, Administration Office, B Block.
Separate applications are to be completed for each school if siblings do not attend the same school.
Once leave has been approved parents/caregivers will be issued with a Certificate of Extended Leave - Travel.

Students who are taking leave for under 10 days must provide a note to the front office so that their attendance record can be updated and teachers notified.
Students on leave will be issued with work by their Teachers for the duration of their absences.
