Before being accepted into a Talent Sports Program applicants are required to trial for their prospective sport.
Within a week or two of the application closing date a letter will be sent to all families with the details of location (usually at the school), date, times and equipment required.
A few days prior to the trial day a reminder SMS will be sent to the mobile number supplied on the application which will include a link to confirm your attendance or otherwise at the trial.
Attendance at these trials is a compulsory component of the selection process for Westfields Sports.
You are asked to report to the Administration Office on arrival at the school no more than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Parents are not permitted to attend the trials. Students will be met outside the Administration Office to complete a wellness survey, taken to the trials and returned at the conclusion of the trials. If your child feels unwell, contact the school to advise and do not attend trials.
There is no onsite parking available to the public. Local street parking is available though at a premium. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the school.
Trials may be recorded to assist coaching staff in the selection process.
