Before being accepted into a Talent Sports Program applicants are required to trial for their prospective sport.
Within a week of the trial day an SMS will be sent to the mobile number supplied on the application form with the details of location, date, times and equipment required. It will include a link to indicate if you are attending the trial.
Attendance at these trials is a compulsory component of the selection process for Westfields Sports.
Trials may be recorded to assist coaching staff in the selection process.

Trials held at school
If the trial is held at the school then you are asked to report to the Administration Office on arrival at the school no more than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
Parents are not permitted to attend the trials. Students will be met outside the Administration Office to complete a wellness survey, taken to the trials and returned at the conclusion of the trials. If your child feels unwell, contact the school to advise and do not attend trials.
There is no onsite parking available to the public. Limited local street parking is available. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the school.
Trials held at alternate venue
If the trial is held at a venue other than the school then parents are required to arrange their own transport to and from the venue. Some trials will start at an external venue and finish at the school, in which case parents are required to arrange their own transport to the venue and then from the external venue to the school.
