To manage Parent Teacher Interviews you will need to have created an account in Sentral.
In the app use the Interviews module and on the web there is a Parent Teacher Interviews link.
Bookings close 5pm the day before Parent Teacher Interviews.
Please leave a 5 minute gap between your bookings.
Instructions
- Log into the Parent Portal and select the Parent Teacher Interviews Tab.
- Click on Select Timeslots to see available times.
- You will see a list of all your child's teachers and their available times (per subject for high schools).
- Select your preferred times for each interview. If you do not want an interview with a particular teacher click on Not Attending.
- Please leave a 5 minute gap between your bookings to allow time to move around
- When you have made your selections, the times you chose will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the Save Bookings button.
- Each time you save your changes you will be sent a copy of your bookings to your email. Which will include a Calendar file so you can add them to your calendar app.
- On the night you can also use the app to see your booking schedule
- You will be returned to the Interview screen displaying a list of your selected interview times.
