There are two types of records:
School records
These records can be set by students of Westfields Sports only. Performances from any school-based meeting are accepted (Westfields Athletics Carnival, SSW Region, NSW CHS, NSW All Schools, Australian All Schools, Schools Knockouts and invitations)
Club records
These records can be set by members of the Westfields Athletics Club only. Performances from any school-based carnivals or carnivals run by Athletics NSW, Athletics Australia or World Athletics.
